We offer mental health services on the Iron Range for adults, children and families. Your wellness is our priority and we will work with you to create a plan utilizing person centered approaches. We offer many specialties including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy.
