Welcome to Heartwood Center! We provide mental health services for adults, children and families in Northern Minnesota on the Iron Range in person and virtually in the State of Minnesota. Your wellness is our priority and we utilize person centered approaches to support your wellness goals.
We offer many specialties. We are a trauma informed agency that supports your needs in finding treatment options. Specialties offered by our clinicians include: EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy.

Mental Health Conditions: We work with and have experience in the treatment of; Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD), Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Adjustment Reactions, Grief and loss, Behavioral Disorders, Attachment Issues, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Selective Mutism, and Severe and Persistent Mental Illness.
