What to Expect
When you contact us we will work to schedule you with the provider you feel is the best fit, or assist you in determining who you would like to work with based on specialty areas. Typically the first scheduled appointment is an intake assessment. We offer online access to all intake forms, setting up your personal log in with your email, to our patient portal. For those that this is not an option we can complete forms on paper in the office. The first intake appointment will take about an hour. Depending on your needs and insurance intake can take from one to three appointments. If therapy services are agreed upon your therapist will schedule appointments to assist in meeting the shared goals for your wellness. We offer: individual therapy, trauma focused therapy, play therapy, sand tray therapy, couples or family therapy.
We offer in person appointments and Telehealth through our HIPPA secure Simple Practice EHR.
If our clinicians do not have availability at the time you contact us we do offer a waitlist for services.

Financial Matters
Insurance: We currently have a contract with; Blue Cross Blue Shield, IM Care, Medical Assistance (Minnesota), Medica, Medicare, Preferred One, UBH, United Heath Care, Health Partners, UMR and UCare. Please call with any questions on other plans.
Please call your insurance to determine coverage and any fees you will be responsible for. We will bill you for any services insurance does not cover.
We do not refuse services based on inability to pay and offer limited sliding scale fees to those who qualify. Please discus this with your therapist.
NOTICE TO PATIENTS:
This practice serves all patients regardless of ability to pay.
Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and income.
